SocialSEO LLP is India's fastest AI-native marketing agency. We don't do traditional marketing. We build AI-powered content engines that produce 500+ pieces a month per client across 9 platforms, without the client ever recording a single video.

We've generated 450M+ views in the last 6 months and currently drive 100M+ views every single month. We work with names like Raj Shamani, Badshah, and BJP. Our tech stack runs on AI, automation, and systems that most agencies will not build for another 3 years.

This is NOT a "write blogs and captions" job. You will be writing content that's designed to go viral.

Title path: Script Writer → Senior Writer → Content Lead / Content Manager.

What you will own

• Write 4-6 Reel / Short scripts daily using AI-assisted workflows. AI does the heavy lifting, you make it human and fire.
• Write scroll-stopping hooks. You understand wide hooks, relatability hooks, and opposite-opinion hooks.
• Write visual cues for editors. The first 3 seconds of every video start with your instructions.
• Take 1-minute podcast clips and turn them into viral short-form content. Define cuts, segments, hooks, formatting.
• Study each client's voice and personality. You write as if you ARE them.
• Participate in daily content strategy syncs with the founder. Bring ideas, not just output.
• Polish carousel copy when needed. AI does the heavy lifting here too. Your job is to sharpen the final 10%.

Who we are looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in short-form content scripting (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• You have gotten content viral before. Show us proof.
• You understand hook psychology. Not just "catchy openers" but WHY hooks work.
• You can write fast AND good. 4-6 polished scripts in 2 hours is normal for you.
• You can match different founder voices without blending them together.
• You use AI tools as a starting point, not as your final output.
• You are self-driven. You do not wait to be told what to do.
• You care about results. "How did my script perform?" is a question you naturally ask.

This role is not for you if

• You wait for instructions when there is no clear task.
• You take 2 hours per script and call it craft.
• You blame the algorithm, editor, or client when a script flops.
• You see AI as a threat instead of a tool.
• You do not watch reels for fun and cannot name 3 creators whose hooks you study.
• You get defensive when feedback is harsh.
